Arcadia Unified School District Headstart Summer Music Program
Free music lessons for Arcadia Unified's 4th and 5th grade beginning band and orchestra students! Lessons will be held in the Arcadia High School Band Room from August 7, 2017 to August 11, 2017. Register here.
Arcadia Unified Doubles Taxpayers Savings to $80 Million
It was only a couple of months ago that the Arcadia Unified School District announced a bond refinance plan that would result in an estimated $40 million in savings to Arcadia taxpayers. AUSD Kindergarten Coders Featured on ABC7!

Hundreds of students throughout the entire Arcadia Unified School District are participating in the global Hour of Code movement where they are taught about computer science and coding. There are even many Kindergarten classes in the Arcadia Unified School District, including Ms. Pinto's at Holly Avenue Elementary School, where students as young as 5 years old are learning to code.
Arcadia Unified Gives Every Student a Chromebook

Each of the nearly 10,000 students in the Arcadia Unified School District now has their own Chromebook. All middle school and high school students can even bring their Chromebooks home to use. The 1:1 Student to Technology device program began three years and was fully implemented on the first day of school this year.

School Supplies Lists
Holly Avenue Scholars are expected to come to school each day prepared for learning.  This includes having certain supplies at school since they will be working on a variety of lessons and projects.  You can click on each grade level and print out the suggested supply list below.  Purchasing these items is strictly voluntary and is very much appreciated. Basic items, such as pencils, are provided by the school.  Keep your eyes open for great deals at stores such as: Walmart, Office Depot, Target, and Staples.  Every little bit of saving helps!
